        Any claim of broken or damaged merchandise should be made immediately after it is received, either via e-mail or by telephone (the order # will be required).  If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and wish to return it for an exchange or refund (shipping and handling fees are non-refundable) please contact us within 7 days to make arrangements.
